Supporting Our Coastline and Community: Our Work with Norfolk Beach Cleans

At Great Yarmouth Leaflet Distribution Ltd, we have always believed that being a local business means more than simply operating in the area. It means actively contributing to it. One of the ways we do this is through our ongoing support of Norfolk Beach Cleans.

Over the past few years, we have had the opportunity to sponsor and support a number of local beach clean events. These initiatives bring together volunteers from across the community to help protect and preserve our coastline, something that is incredibly important to both residents and businesses in the Great Yarmouth area.

Our involvement has ranged from our own event sponsorship to supporting and facilitating our customers and suppliers to sponsor them too. While we do not run the events ourselves, we are proud to play a part in ensuring they can go ahead and continue making a real difference.

Why It Matters to Us

As a business that operates in Norfolk, Suffolk and the surrounding coastal areas, we see first hand how important a clean and well maintained environment is, not just for tourism, but for the wider community. Supporting initiatives like Norfolk Beach Cleans allows us to give something back, while helping to protect the area we work in every day.

Leaflet Distribution may not be considered the most environmentally friendly by all, that is why we are comitted to showing our customers how we can make a distribution carbon neutral (using recycled paper print, donating too carbon offsetting charities, and local sustainability organisations)
